Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program

Water exercise class in a heated pool, designed for people with arthritis and related conditions. The buoyancy of the water decreases the force on the joints and allows easier, less painful movement. Heated water and gentle moves can help improve joint flexibility, muscle strength, and relieve chronic pain and stiffness. The pool temperature is 98F.

Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program

Land based, low-impact exercise class designed for people with arthritis. Uses gentle activities to help increase joint flexibility, range of motion, overall stamina and muscle strength.

Cardio Combo

A combination of low-impact, step aerobics and/or kick boxing. This workout includes a shaping with weights segment and an abs & stretch segment. A perfect workout and fun too!

Alternating aerobics and resistance training in 3 to 5 minute segments. A great workout!
