About James Morpeth

James F. Morpeth, MD, graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies. Additionally he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Columbus College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. He went on to earn his medical degree and completed a one-year internship in general surgery at the Medical College of Georgia, in Augusta. Dr. Morpeth completed his otolaryngology-head and neck surgery residency at the Medical College of Georgia as well.

A board certified otolaryngologist, Dr. Morpeth has published several medical research articles and he has presented in his specialty area of disorders of the head and neck, surgical treatments using the laryngoscope, pediatric otolaryngology, and allergy, asthma and immunology treatments. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, American Medical Association, Medical Association of Georgia, Muscogee County Medical Society, and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.
