Orthopaedic trauma is an exciting subspecialty, but traditionally has had limited female representation. This webinar aims to discuss Women in Orthopaedic Trauma in an effort to inform and motivate residents and medical students to consider Orthopaedic Trauma as a career or to be an ally. It will be 4 brief lectures followed by panel discussion.
