For more than a decade, the Sarah Hardaway Hughston Scholarship Fund, established through Sarah’s Gift Shop at Jack Hughston Memorial Hospital, has invested in the educational future of Hughston employees and their children.

Each year, applications for the scholarship program are distributed in March and April, providing eligible full-time Hughston employees and their dependent children the opportunity to apply for scholarship assistance. Recipients are selected based on established application criteria and academic qualifications.

The scholarship fund has become a valued benefit for Hughston employees, reflecting the organization’s commitment to supporting educational achievement and opportunity within the Hughston community. Through the ongoing generosity and support of Sarah’s Gift Shop, the program continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of recipients each year.
